Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.
The Good:
Nice product. Looks great in the bathroom and works well. Everthing I expected and the price was hard to beat. All the other options I looked at were double or more.
The Bad:
No directions. I didn't need much but would have appreciated a diagram to show where in the chain of washers, seals, and nuts the counter was supposed to go. It appears I guessed correctly. It would also have been nice to have a recommended distance from the faucet to the basin edge. I set mine a little further back than is shown in the picture and it worked out fine.
I have a minor nit on the water flow. The water doesn't flow evenly from both sides so the main flow is a little off center even though I took care to center the faucet over the basin.
The Ugly:
Shipping and handling was $41! Ok, not too ugly but it is a third the cost of the full set and almost stopped me from making the pruchase.
Never the less, I am glad I bought it.

"Very caring, meticulous, ethical company. A minor misunderstanding was immediately addressed, resolved same day. Highly recommend. Good People. My sink is thicker than it looks in the picture. It is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. Not kidding. Placed it on the living room floor and moved around the room, just looking at it. The faucet is also a work of art. Can't wait to use it."
